Resort Planet collects and uses personal data needed to provide app accounts, bookings, loyalty points, support, notifications, uploaded content, and security features.
Data may include name, email address, phone number, user ID, profile details, birth date, location when permission is granted, purchase or loyalty history, uploaded photos or files, app activity, diagnostics, crash logs, and device identifiers used for app functionality and notifications.
We use this data for app functionality, account management, customer support, personalization, analytics, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and developer communications. We do not sell user data.
Users can request account deletion or deletion of specific app data at https://hr.planeti-ks.com/account-deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
