- Account email address used in the Resort Planet app.
- Phone number and full name, if available on your account.
- Whether you want full account deletion or only specific data deleted.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
In-app deletion
If you still have access to the app, open Profile and choose "Fshij profilin tim". This external page is available for users who cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by web.
